With the onset of COVID-19, the university had a very short-term need to make learning and collaboration available to our 12,000 students and staff. Oxford Computer Group designed and drove our project to deploy and manage Microsoft Teams, with our Student and Learning Management Systems automatically providing teams for courses, along with an automated population of the participants in each course. This was a life-saver in very difficult times, without which we could not have functioned.
Our MIM implementation was the only reason remaining to support SharePoint on-premises – all our other SharePoint requirements are in M365. Oxford Computer Group provided a replacement MIM portal which disposed of the SharePoint requirement, removing a significant support burden. We would recommend this to anyone using the MIM Portal!
The migration of 80,000 mailboxes to Microsoft 365 over 3-months would not have happened nearly so smoothly without Oxford Computer Group’s help. As an international bank, we need to navigate complex compliance requirements worldwide, and Oxford Computer Group’s solution was flexible and powerful.

The instructor was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions, and entertaining. This was a private course. It was beneficial to have a mix of experienced and newer engineers on the call, so we could get a larger scope of questions, and answers, and can apply the information to our current environment.
