The instructor was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions, and entertaining. This was a private course. It was beneficial to have a mix of experienced and newer engineers on the call, so we could get a larger scope of questions, and answers, and can apply the information to our current environment.

As an international organization spanning multiple time zones, it is essential for users to be able to manage their own accounts and permissions. Oxford Computer Group provided a modern user interface to replace our outdated identity management portal, and the results have been spectacular. Now the management tasks are not just concentrated in the technical departments, but end-users themselves use self-services to perform many tasks. Our MIM implementation was the only reason remaining to support SharePoint on-premises – all our other SharePoint requirements are in M365.
